Job Description
•Daily Client Email management - respond to emails professionally, with guidance as needed
•Perform daily bookkeeping tasks - enter bills, invoices and bank transactions
•Support team with Adhoc work assignments as needed
•Support completion of Month-end close tasks:
- Prepare reconciliations for certain GL accounts,
- Properly store and manage financial data

Skill Set
•This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only. •Minimum 6 months of hands-on bookkeeping experience. •Computer literate. •Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. •Excellent attention to detail, to ensure accuracy in financial records. •Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. •Ability to work under pressure with competing work demands and to tight deadlines. •Ability to work well in a team to achieve results. •Accounting degree •Experience in using QuickBooks Virtual Coworker
