We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all aspects of events are organized.
Help in the development and distribution of event materials, including invitations and agendas.
Maintain event budgets and assist with vendor invoicing and payments.
Support the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment on-site.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing event experiences.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Basic understanding of event planning processes and logistics.
