Jockey is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Shopper Marketing Manager supports Jockey’s marketing efforts across multiple retail channels (mass, department stores, specialty, etc.) in the United States and Canada. This role contributes to developing and implementing tactics to drive customer acquisition, sales, and brand engagement. This role works closely with retail media networks and multiple cross functional teams at Jockey including sales, creative, brand, etc.

This position can be based out of our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the day-to-day setup and deployment of shopper marketing tactics, including online platforms and in-store experience, in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ability to work across multiple retailers’ tactical needs, including but not limited to paid media (onsite and offsite), paid social media, email, SMS, sponsored search, in-store marketing, out of home, etc., while managing internal and external stakeholders, concurrently.
  • Organize and track all tactical activities in a cohesive manner, providing ongoing updates to the team.
  • Develop strong working relationships with retail media networks, vendors, and Jockey’s cross-functional teams through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Champion the analysis and recapping of tactical results.
  • Aid in identifying market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, innovation, excellence, and kindness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, agency, media, analytics, or another relevant field.
  • Proven track record of contributing to successful multi-pronged marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with the complexities of modern marketing tech, with a willingness to test, learn, and grow new ideas.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others, including peers and junior team members.
